Artpanda currently ships only within the United States. Regular orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed; pre-orders may wait longer while inventory is prepared. Approved returns require instructions from support. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Does Y02 draw the artwork for me?
No. Y02 places a temporary visual guide. You trace the contours and make every final mark by hand.
What is included in the package?
The live product listing includes the art tracing projector, adjustable stand, and basic setup accessories.
